1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Delos platform by talent and recruiters. By using Delos, you accept these terms.
2. Registration
Registration is reserved for people aged 18 or over. You must provide truthful information when signing up. The choice of role (talent or recruiter) is final.
3. Talent profiles
Talent choose the name shown publicly. Real identity, phone number, e-mail and date of birth are never shown publicly. Only the age is visible.
4. Recruiter profiles
Unverified recruiters are limited to one published job and cannot contact talent unsolicited. Verification requires a business document.
5. Jobs
There are two kinds of posts: paid one-off jobs and castings (selection without guaranteed pay). Posts asking talent to pay to apply are forbidden.
6. Applications
A talent can apply only once to the same job. Applications can be withdrawn until the recruiter has acted on them.
7. WhatsApp contact
WhatsApp contact is available to verified recruiters only. A talent’s phone number never appears publicly. Every contact is logged.
8. Reports and blocking
Any user can report a profile, job, photo or application. Blocking prevents any interaction between the two users.
9. Moderation
The Delos team may hide, suspend or delete any content or account that breaks these terms. A suspension can be appealed.
10. Liability
Delos is a matching platform. We are not a party to the contractual relationships between talent and recruiters.
